Meet Your Hosts

Bill Guting

Bill is one of the Founders and Partners of DreamVest Capital Management and is primarily focused on implementing the company's vision, overall strategy, working with key partners, and overseeing investor relations.

He is an author, entrepreneur, a licensed real estate broker, and a veteran investor with over 25 years of successful real estate investing experience and personal involvement in over 680 residential & commercial transactions.

He's also an avid traveler... part-time health nut (with a weakness for pancakes)... sports fan (mainly boxing these days)... and a reader and student of good books and courses in the realm of business, real estate, health & wellness, spirituality, and personal growth.

Kimmie P. Nguyen

Kimmie is a Co-Founder and Partner with DreamVest Capital Management and is primarily focused on overseeing operations, sales, and investor relations. According to billionaire industrialist, Andrew Carnegie, “ Ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate. More money has been made in real estate than in all industrial investments combined. The wise young man or wage earner of today invests his money in real estate .”

This same belief is what inspired her to start her own real estate business over 15 years ago, and ignited her passion to create passive income in real estate for both herself and her clients.

Despite her success in real estate sales, Kimmie has primarily been focused on building her own portfolio over the past 10 years, and now has ownership in over 30 residential and commercial properties spread across five states in the U.S.

She still also loves working with investors and showing them how to get exceptional returns on their money. Her mission? Showing people a realistic path to creating enough passive income… so they can live life on their own terms.

Kimmie balances her busy career with an equally active personal life. Happily married with two active and wonderful boys, most of her free time is spent traveling and on a wide variety of family activities.
