Desi is a Professional Investor & the President of ACI Legacy Group, a Mortgage Note Dealer in San Diego CA. He’s been a full time Real Estate Investor since 1982 while also operating a Real Estate Brokerage Firm and two Mortgage Companies.
In 2013, Desi discovered Notes and immediately saw the value of being the Lender rather than the Landlord. Over the next 30 months, he and his wife Patricia sold all of their Real Estate holdings and began investing only in “paper”. Since that time Desi established the ACI Legacy Group to provide Investors with a safe place to buy fully vetted, performing assets for their portfolio. ACI also offers new investors a way to enter the note space via a Joint Venture program.
