From those humble beginnings, she and her husband Andre went on to do a number of creative financing deals, land acquisitions, ground-up construction, and building up a short-term rental portfolio where they currently have 60+ assets under management.

Susan Noh is a seasoned real estate investor and developer who, along with her husband Andre, has been active in the Philadelphia market since 2014. Starting with real estate wholesaling, the couple began building their portfolio of properties using creative financing strategies to acquire residential properties. Eventually, they transitioned into completing ground-up development and full-gut rehab projects to expand their portfolio with multifamily and mixed-use commercial properties.
In addition to her real estate investments, Susan is also a successful entrepreneur; she created a short-term rental management company to vertically integrate with her entire portfolio spanning from Philadelphia to Jersey Shore.
Her passion lies in empowering other women and minority investors in the real estate field, and her current goal is to acquire larger commercial properties and break into commercial development projects.
